📍總決賽暨頒獎典禮｜2025/05/28（三） 當天活動議程請參考附件, 及南華大學地圖, 活動地點在H224(南華校內公車亭下車後即往學慧樓2樓移動, 活動場地即在門口旁教室, 請於12:30至13:00 報到準備。

After careful evaluation by our preliminary review committee, your team has officially advanced to the Final Round of the 2025 competition!
🗓️ Key Dates & Final Round Preparation
📍 Finalist Announcement｜May 23, 2025 (Friday)
📍 Final Plan Revision & Presentation File Submission Deadline｜By 5:00 PM, May 26, 2025 (Monday)
📍 Final Round & Award Ceremony｜May 28, 2025 (Wednesday)
Please refer to the attached agenda and map of Nanhua University.
🗺️ Location: Room H224, 2nd Floor, Xuehui Building (Exit at the campus bus stop and walk toward Xuehui Building; the venue is directly next to the entrance classroom).
🕧 Check-in Time: Please arrive between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM to prepare.
📝 Final Presentation Submission Guidelines
Please complete the following by 5:00 PM on May 26, 2025 (Mon):
🔸 Upload your final presentation file (PPT or PDF format), limited to 15 slides.

⚠️ Late submissions will not be accepted. Please submit on time!
📌 Final Presentation Rules
• Each team will have 8 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A
• Presentation can be delivered in Chinese or English
• The venue will be equipped with a projector, presentation laptop, microphone, and screen
• All team members must be present to participate in the presentation and attend other sessions
