《教務處公告》114學年度第2學期課程棄選事宜
主旨:公告本校114學年度2學期課程棄選事宜,請查照。
一、依據「南華大學學生修習學分棄選要點」第二條規定:「學生每學期於校訂時間辦理加退選後,若因個人身心之特殊狀況或家庭發生變故,致使不能專注於課業時,得依本要點申請辦理棄選。學生非為上述原因申請棄選者,以一科為限」。
二、本學期課程棄選期間為【115年5月4日(週一)起至5月8日(週五)止】,請於115年5月8日(週五)下午4:30前送至教務處彙辦(進學班學生得於截止日晚上6:00前),逾期不予受理,請欲申辦之同學留意申請期限。
三、請欲申辦之同學逕行上網至本處網站下載「棄選課程申請表」或至本處領取,經授課教師簽章後,送課務組登錄,再至出納組繳交更改作業費(每一科目50元)後,送回課務組辦理棄選。每學期棄選後修讀總學分仍不得低於最低應修學分數;經核准辦理棄選之學生,同一學期不得再以任何理由申請加選;棄選科目將於學生中、英文成績單上留下棄選記錄。
四、棄選之科目不退學分費,未繳交學雜費(含學分費)者,仍應依規定補繳後始得辦理。
★提醒同學,提前找要棄選的課程教師簽章,避免最後一天找不到課程老師簽名,將無法順利棄選。可以至系辦領取表單

Statement:
1.According to Article 2 of the “Nanhua University Guidelines for Student Course Withdrawal”: “After the university’s designated add/drop period each semester, students who are unable to focus on their studies due to special physical/mental conditions or family emergencies may apply for course withdrawal in accordance with these guidelines. Students applying for withdrawal for reasons other than those mentioned above are limited to one course only per semester.”
2.Course Withdrawal Period:
The course withdrawal period for this semester is from Monday, May 4, 2026, to Friday, May 8, 2026.
Please submit applications to the Office of Academic Affairs by 4:30 p.m. on May 8 (Fri).
Students in the Continuing Education Program may submit applications until 6:00 p.m. on the deadline.
Late applications will not be processed. Please be mindful of the deadline.
3. Application Procedure:
Students should download the “Course Withdrawal Application Form” from the Office of Academic Affairs website or obtain a copy in person.
After completing the form and obtaining the course instructor’s signature, submit it to the Registration and Curriculum Division for processing.
Then, proceed to the Cashier Division of the Office of General Affairs to pay the course change fee (NT$50 per subject) and return the receipt along with the form to the Registration and Curriculum Division to complete the withdrawal procedure.
After withdrawal, the total number of credits for the semester must still meet the minimum required credits.
Students approved for course withdrawal may not apply for additional courses for any reason within the same semester.
An “X” record will appear on the Chinese and English transcripts.
4.Tuition and Fees:
There are no refunds for credit fees of withdrawn courses. Students who have outstanding tuition or credit fees must settle their payments in accordance with regulations before the withdrawal can be processed.
★Students are reminded to get the signature of the course instructor of the course they want to drop in advance to avoid not being able to find the course instructor to sign on the last day, which will prevent them from successfully dropping the course. You can get the form from the department office.
