主旨:公告本校114學年度第1學期課程棄選事宜,請查照。
公告事項:
一、依據「南華大學學生修習學分棄選要點」第二條規定:「學生每學期於校訂時間辦理加退選後,若因個人身心之特殊狀況或家庭發生變故,致使不能專注於課業時,得依本要點申請辦理棄選。學生非為上述原因申請棄選者,以一科為限」。
二、本學期課程棄選期間為【114年11月17日(週一)起至11月21日(週五)止】,請於114年11月21日(週五)下午4:30前送至教務處彙辦(進學班學生得於截止日晚上6:00前),逾期不予受理,請欲申辦之同學留意申請期限。
三、如因突發事故(如重病、家庭急難等)無法如期參加本學期舉辦之成年禮(儀式),得於該成年禮結束後次週【12月15日(週一)起至12月19日(週五)止】,持相關佐證文件向教務處提出棄選「我的學習地圖與成年禮」課程。請於114年12月19日(週五)下午4:30前送至教務處彙辦,逾期不予受理,請欲申辦之同學留意申請期限。
四、請欲申辦之同學逕行上網至本處網站下載「棄選課程申請表」或至本處領取,經授課教師簽章後,送課務組登錄,再至出納組繳交更改作業費(每一科目50元)後,送回課務組辦理棄選。每學期棄選後修讀總學分仍不得低於最低應修學分數;經核准辦理棄選之學生,同一學期不得再以任何理由申請加選;棄選科目將於學生中、英文成績單上留下棄選記錄。
五、棄選之科目不退學分費,未繳交學雜費(含學分費)者,仍應依規定補繳後始得辦理。

According to Article 2 of the “Nanhua University Student Course Rules Handbook”, “After the university’s designated add/drop period each semester, students who are unable to focus on their coursework due to special physical or mental conditions, or due to changes in family circumstances, may apply for course withdrawal in accordance with these guidelines. Students who apply for withdrawal for reasons other than those stated above are limited to one subject only per semester.”

Course Withdrawal Period:
November 17 (Monday) to November 21 (Friday), 2025.
Please submit the Course Withdrawal Application Form to the Office of Academic Affairs by 4:30 p.m. on November 21 (Friday).
The submission deadline for Continuing Education Program students is 6:00 p.m. on the same day.
Late submissions will not be accepted. Students intending to withdraw should pay close attention to the application deadline.

Special Provision for the Course “My Learning Map and Coming-of-Age Ceremony”:
Students who are unable to attend the ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances (such as serious illness or family emergencies) may apply for course withdrawal within one week after the ceremony concludes, from December 15 (Monday) to December 19 (Friday), 2025, by submitting relevant supporting documents to the Office of Academic Affairs.
Applications must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on December 19 (Friday). Late submissions will not be accepted.

Application Procedure:
Students should download the “Course Withdrawal Application Form” from the Office of Academic Affairs website or obtain a copy in person.
After completing the form and obtaining the course instructor’s signature, submit it to the Registration and Curriculum Division for processing.
Then, proceed to the Cashier Division of the Office of General Affairs to pay the course change fee (NT$50 per subject) and return the receipt along with the form to the Registration and Curriculum Division to complete the withdrawal procedure.
After withdrawal, the total number of credits for the semester must still meet the minimum required credits.
Students approved for course withdrawal may not apply for additional courses for any reason within the same semester.
An “X” record will appear on the Chinese and English transcripts.

Withdrawn courses are not eligible for tuition refunds.
Students who have not yet paid their tuition or credit fees must complete payment in accordance with regulations before applying for withdrawal.
